The Project guest labelled 'dullest' interviewee ever: 'Lost all respect'
"You're right, this really is dull," The Project's Waleed Aly said of the guest's appearance.
The Project hosts interviewed comedian Nick White, famous for playing Carli 'the dull co-worker' in his skits on social media, on Tuesday night. The comedian gave the hosts a taste of Carli, revealing she will be opening his upcoming comedy shows, with Waleed telling him that she really is "dull".
When asked if he has a favourite character, Nick told the hosts, "I'd say at the moment Carli, the dull co-worker, because she opens my show for my tour, so I'm just always in her mind, you know what I mean?"
"What's going on in her mind?" Sarah Harris asked him.

Nick immediately switched into the character, saying, "What's going on in my mind? Just thinking of what to have for dinner when I get home. Just making my own pizzas, getting all the bits."
"Meal prep?" Sarah asked, with 'Carli' replying, "Oh yes, meal prepping, yes, and do you meal prep?" she asked Sam Taunton.
"I try to, but you know, it's so hard, it's your time – like, I work so much," Sam responded.
"You're right, this really is dull," Waleed Aly interjected. "That's extraordinary."
"I beg your pardon?" an 'offended' Carli asked.
Fans react to Nick's appearance on The Project
Fans were quick to comment on the video on Instagram, with one user writing, "OMG congrats girl!"
"Um excuse me. Does [Carli] have authority to speak publicly?" another joked. "[Carli] should be talking to her manager about speaking engagements … can I ask how that report is going I need it by 7am."
"Can NOT get enough of Carly!" a third added. "In this world and with all that's going on I'd rather listen to her than all other negative stuff. She should hold meditation classes. Very relaxing..."
