The revelation comes as the reality TV star welcomes his third child, Harper Jones Wood, with wife Snezana.
The Australian Financial Review reports the 28 by Sam Wood founder is selling his company to Melbourne-founded genomics company myDNA Inc.
According to its website, myDNA is a company that focuses on offering customers personalised plans to improve their everyday health, from diet, to fitness and training styles.
It says it will help you understand your DNA so you can make better lifetime choices.

Sam told the AFR he was proud of what he had achieved so far.
“I think that’s why we’ve had the success that we’ve had, and myDNA, what they have that we find really attractive is that extra level of personalisation through genomics,” he told the publication.
The AFR reports Sam will become an investor and hold a 5 per cent stake in myDNA.
