The Bachelor's luxury $14.5m Gold Coast mansion revealed
Not only will season ten of The Bachelor Australia star three leading men in a world-first for the franchise, but it will also take place on the Gold Coast for the very first time.
With production currently underway in the Sunshine State, Yahoo Lifestyle can now reveal the $14.5 million luxury mansion that has been selected for filming.
The 2390m² two-storey mansion is located in Broadbeach Waters along the Nerang River with both waterfront and skyline views, as well as four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gym and an outdoor pool.
The listing on realestate.com.au lists that the “Beverly Hills inspired masterpiece” includes the “ultimate alfresco entertaining centre”, complete with an inbuilt wet bar, barbecue and open fireplace.

The property also features an open plan kitchen lounge and formal dining area to create a “grand entertaining space”, and the second floor has an impressive wrap-around balcony
According to the website, the house was only built in 2020 and was recently sold in October 2021.
After The Wash shared a photo of the property on social media, a number of former reality TV stars took to the comments to share their thoughts.
“Think we got ripped off,” season eight’s Laura Calleri wrote, while The Bachelorette star Frazer Neate added, “Full stitch up!”.
“Bunk beds will look splendid in there,” season nine’s Lily Price joked, with her co-star Tahnee Leeson replying, “Jesus might go for round two. That’s a bit of an upgrade. Can’t wait to see the purple walls in that”.
“Oooo I know exactly where that is,” Bachelor In Paradise’s Jake Ellis said, followed by MAFS’ Hayley Vernon who remarked, “I ride my jet ski past this place”.
'We're so excited'
Channel Ten confirmed last month that season ten of The Bachelor will star three leads: basketballer Felix Von Hofe, drummer Jed McIntosh and restaurant manager Thomas Malucelli.
Speaking on The Project around the announcement, host Osher Günsberg described the upcoming season as both “fascinating” and “electrifying”.
“We’re so excited,” he said. "We are doing a world first. No one else in the world has ever had three Bachelors, so therefore the way it works and the way everyone gets to know each other is very different this year, but you will see that as we go.”
Osher went on to hint that the number of Bachelors isn’t the only change this season, suggesting that the show won’t even feature any candles or fairy lights as it has in the past.
