Tan France just wants to have fun.

Speaking to PEOPLE exclusively about his acting debut on the Hulu series Deli Boys, the fashion expert also shares memories from filming the most recent season of Queer Eye.

Season 9 of Queer Eye filmed in Las Vegas, known for its casinos and endless entertainment. France, 41, says there were so many moments that left an impression on him but one with Jeremiah Brent stood out to him most.

"The main one is that we went clubbing, which I know doesn't sound like much, but me and Jeremiah are grandmas," he says. "And we decided that in Vegas, we were gonna have like mum's night off, and we were gonna go hog wild."

"And you could tell that me and Jeremiah were the parents of the group and the ones with young kids, because we were the wildest on the dance floor. We were making the most of our night off," he recalls.

France shares sons Ismail, 3, and 22-month-old Isaac with husband Rob France. Meanwhile, Brent, 40, is father to daughter Poppy, 9, and son Oskar, 6, with husband Nate Berkus.

France also spoke about what it was like having Brent, who oversees the interior design and home decoration aspect of the show, join for the ninth season. "Oh, joy, absolute joy. I love that boy so much," France gushes.

France made his acting debut on Thursday, March 6, with his role in Deli Boys as cousin Zubair. He told PEOPLE how he was nervous about the Fab Five — which consists of him, Brent, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown and Antoni Porowksi — seeing him act in a scripted show.

"They know me, like, they know they know me inside out," France says of his Queer Eye costars. "They know me in a way my husband doesn't know me. Like, they see how I am on camera. They've watched almost every scene I've ever done on camera, when it comes to Queer Eye."

"So, I'm nervous that they're gonna see a different side of me, which is obviously what I want, is what I want the audience to see, but it's a very, very vulnerable position to put yourself in. To show a different side of yourself."
