Tammin Sursok's newfound bikini body confidence

Australian actress Tammin Sursok says it's taken her some time to feel confident about her body after giving birth to daughter Phoenix in 2013.

Taking to Instagram, the Pretty Little Liars star has shared a fun Boomerang post of herself in a bikini, along with a caption reading: "This is how I feel about summer. I haven't felt truly confident in a bikini since I gave birth to my 10 pound daughter almost 4 years ago.

"Thank you @Markrhinosmith for kicking my butt. It hasn't been easy but results happen when you sacrifice short term goals like," she continues, giving credit to her trainer before adding a pizza emoji at the end.

The mother-of-one is seen posing in a red and white striped bikini in the social media post, which has attracted 23,000 likes from followers within seven hours.

Tammin tied the knot with director Sean McEwen in August 2011, before welcoming daughter Phoenix in October 2013.

The actress shot to fame after playing Dani Sutherland on popular Australian soap Home And Away, before making the move to the US to give Hollywood a go.

She has since made a name for herself abroad, landing roles in The Young And The Restless and Pretty Little Liars.
