Are Takis too spicy for you or not spicy enough? Either way, the newest flavors from the popular snack brand aim to satisfy your crunchy cravings.
The rolled tortilla chips now come in two new flavors, with the brand promising to make “sure everyone finds their perfect snack, no matter where they stand on the heat scale.”
For the spice fans, there’s Nacho Xplosion, which promises a cheesy, spicy crunch, while Chile Limón is reminiscent of the super hot and citrusy Fuego flavor, but without that level of heat. Takis calls it the “First-Ever Global Flavor Launch” that “breaks the ‘too spicy to enjoy’ stereotype.”

The flavors are available now nationwide in both 3.2-ounce individual packs and in larger 9.9-ounce packs. Sandra Kirkpatrick, senior marketing director for Takis, said in a statement shared with Parade that “these flavors prove that intense snacking isn't one-size-fits-all. Whether you're a former spice lover or a hardcore heat seeker, we're making sure everyone finds their perfect snack, no matter where they stand on the heat scale.”
Takis fans on social media were buzzing with excitement after the new flavors hit stores, with Instagram users on the official Takis Instagram raving about the Nacho Xplosion offering.
“OMG I NEED👀❤️,” wrote one fan, and others agreed, commenting, “IM BUYING THEM NOW BESTIE 🧡🧡.”
A third said they’d tried the flavor and gave it a “10/10” review.

Chile Limón also got a warm reception after a food influencer posted a photo of the new flavors spotted at a Kroger grocery store.
“Chile Limon sounds delicious!” said one commenter, while another couldn’t decide between the two, writing, “These both look so good!!”
Even the official Kroger Instagram account jumped into the discussion, commenting, “Tough choice! They are both so good!😍.”
