‘Sweet Magnolias’ Trailer: A Tragedy, A Town Crisis & A Fierce Storm Confront The Magnolias In Season 4 – Update

Netflix has unveiled the trailer for Season 4 of Sweet Magnolias ahead of its Feb. 6 premiere.

“To new chapters,” begins the trailer, as Maddie (Joanna Garcia Swisher), Dana Sue (Brooke Elliott) and Helen (Heather Headley) grapple with the many changes ahead in the upcoming season.

PREVIOUS, Dec. 19, 2024: More than a year after Sweet Magnolias wrapped its third season on Netflix, we’re getting a long-awaited premiere date for Season 4. All ten episodes of the new season will drop on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2025, the streamer announced today. Netflix also released some of the first photos for Season 4, which you can see above and below.

Based on the popular series of novels published by best-selling author Sherryl Woods, Sweet Magnolias follows lifelong best friends Maddie (JoAnna Garcia Swisher), Dana Sue (Brooke Elliott), and Helen (Heather Headley) as they juggle relationships, family, and careers in the small town of Serenity, SC.

Sheryl J. Anderson returns as showrunner and executive producer; Dan Paulson, whose Daniel L. Paulson Productions is producing, also returns as an executive producer, along with Woods.
