Sunrise host Matt Doran engaged to Today producer Kendall Bora
Weekend Sunrise host Matt Doran has shared the exciting news he popped the question to partner Kendall Bora, who happens to be an executive producer for Weekend Today.
The Channel Seven journalist shared the announcement and photos taken just after Kendall said ‘yes’ on his Instagram, even joking he was now “sleeping with the enemy”.
“It was planned to perfection - everything but the doves,” Matt wrote in the caption, revealing multiple plans that didn’t end up going ahead due to border restrictions and dud picnic adventures.
“Despite it all, she still said yes, and I’m now the luckiest man in the cosmos.
“And officially sleeping with the enemy,” he joked at the end.

The couple first began dating in 2019 after being introduced by mutual friends.
Kendall, 30, showed off a stunning diamond ring in the photos, while Matt's mother also joined the couple to celebrate their engagement.
In an interview with the Daily Telegraph in October, Matt joked that their romance was like the “morning show wars”.
“[Kendall] is always furious I am getting up an hour and a half later on Saturdays, swanning in to read the auto-cue, while she's doing the hard work an hour and a half earlier,” he told the publication, adding things do sometimes get competitive at home.
It’s been a big week for the Sunrise cast, with host Samantha Armytage also using New Years Eve’s to officially tie the knot.
The 44-year-old married Richard Lavender in an intimate ceremony on his 40-hectare Southern Highlands, NSW, property.
