Spoilers: Home and Away's Eden gets her heart broken: 'Really hurts'
Last week on Home and Away, Marilyn Chambers (Emily Symons) fled from the bay, there was a second proposal, and Remi Carter (Adam Rowland) faced the realities of domestic violence.
This week, Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) gets her heart broken, a resident is rushed to the hospital and a shock decision puts a life in danger.
A newly engaged Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) is keen to make amends this week, feeling guilty that she may have ruined Eden’s chance at romance with Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright).
However, her attempts to play cupid between the frosty pair aren’t successful, and Cash takes it upon himself to tell Eden it’s over — for good.

Not only is their casual relationship done, but Cash can’t bear to be friends with Eden either.
“This really hurts Eden. She really tries to be amicable throughout [Felicity’s] wedding planning, but when Cash doesn’t even want to be friends it does break her heart a little bit,” Stephanie tells Yahoo Lifestyle.
“[However], she does understand that seeing each other so regularly is a difficult thing.”
Stephanie also adds that Felicity’s meddling in their relationship feels ‘strange’ and ‘frustrating’.
“[Eden] has communicated how she feels about Cash and these feelings are not returned by him, so for Felicity to try and keep pursuing the relationship further feels a bit hopeless and redundant,” she says.
Ziggy’s rush to hospital
Ziggy Astoni’s (Sophie Dillman) pregnancy has been fraught with drama so far, and this week is no exception.
While taking on her new role as manager at Summer Bay Auto, the bubbly blonde suddenly keels over in pain.
Her medical emergency ends up being nothing serious, but Justin Morgan (James Stewart) is furious when he finds out that the garage was left unattended.
After he confronts his employee at her house, she can’t bear to look incompetent due to her pregnancy. Ziggy lies to Justin, saying that she simply ‘forgot’ to open the garage.
With Ziggy insisting that her medical problems be kept secret from her boss, is her job on the line?
Bree feels trapped
Bree Cameron (Julie Godwin) is currently trapped in an abusive marriage with Jacob (Alex Williams), a secret that only Eden and Remi know.
Remi has made it his mission to support Bree with no strings attached, no matter how difficult it is.
Stephanie tells us that Eden is ‘worried’ for both Bree and Remi and says: “She cares deeply about Remi, he’s like her brother, and doesn’t want him to get hurt. But, on the other hand, [Eden] is very concerned about Bree’s current situation.”
The pair are aiming to ‘navigate her to safety’, but it’s a delicate and nuanced situation.
When Jacob pushes Bree too far this week, she snaps and orders him to stop. Her husband assures her that he will change, but she still clings to the hope of escaping once Jacob returns to his interstate job.
However, Jacob drops the bombshell that he’s going to quit his job to stay in Summer Bay with his wife.
Only time will tell if Bree's story ends in tragedy.
