Sophie Monk fans are losing it over the way she ate a cucumber: 'Really funny'

Sophie Monk has uploaded a hilarious video that anyone who makes short-lived New Year's resolutions will relate to, poking fun at the notion of starting and giving up on a health kick within the first couple of weeks of the New Year.

In the video, a glamorous Sophie is seen taking up a variety of new year, new me style mentalities, including drinking lemon water, reading, meditating and eating kale, set to Enya's 'Only Time'.

"What I hoped the first week of Jan would look like," the Reel said, with Sophie captioning the hilarious video with "I'll do it next year!".

Between spritzing herself with a freshly cut orange and eating raw kale by the bunch, it was the huge cucumber Sophie took a bite into that left her fans in stitches.

"You can't eat it like that," the person filming said, as he laughed. "What do you mean?!" Sophie exclaimed, before bursting into laughter.

"You're really funny. The choice of cucumber was really legit," one fan said. "Haha! We are totally eating cucumbers like this from now on," another commented.

"You always bring a smile to my dial," another fan said.

Fans also picked up the likeness to Kath Day-Knight with the speed-reading scene.

"Channeling your inner Kath Day-Knight," one person commented. "The Kath Day-Knight reading!" another said.

And, of course, there was a cheeky reference to Kendall Jenner's infamous cucumber video.

"Handles a cucumber better than Kendall," one person joked. "Kendall Jenner cucumber gate 2.0 here we go!" another said.

And naturally, there were also the dirty jokes too.

"Haha the cucumber... not showing that one to hubby as my fridge will be full of them tomorrow," one person commented.
