Shocking New Peeps Collab Has Fans Saying, 'There Goes My Money'

Easter is almost here, which means we are on the verge of being surrounded by all things spring-themed. And with the way retailers have been whipping out the seasonal hits as of lately, we’re pretty excited to see what’s in store for the season.

Last month, we came across a scrumptious fur-baby collaboration between the iconic Peeps brand and Milk-Bone dog treats. The results, while an incredible treat for all the good boys and good girls of the world, only further made us crave the sweet and marshmallowy consistency of Peeps marshmallows.

This week, things are looking up for fans of the multi-colored marshmallowy treat, as we have just received word that ICEE has teamed up with Peeps for a Peeps Marshmallow-flavored ICEE. We came across this incredible news thanks to the always reliable reporting of @markie_devo, who provided viewers with all the info needed to taste the new collaboration for themselves.

“It ain’t Peepsi, but it’ll do,” Markie captioned his post in jest. “Heading to participating locations that carry the ICEE brand for a limited time,” he continued. “Check movie theaters, major and convenience stores.”

That's right, in order to get a taste of the new Easter-ready collaboration, fans are going to have to do a little legwork. One person commented on Markie’s post, saying, “Why does this seem like an AMC exclusive?” To which Markie said, “They said locations that carry ICEE in general. So I guess whoever wants to serve the flavor.”

“Would Target carry this in their ICEE machines like the animal cookie flavor,” another commenter chimed in, asking the important questions. “Yes,” Markie wrote in response, “That’s where I’m looking first.”

Those who find themselves salivating over the thought of this uniquely Easter-themed collaboration certainly will have their work cut out for them this season. From what we can tell so far, the Peeps Marshmallow ICEE is gearing up to be an especially elusive treat, so don’t get too disappointed if it doesn’t show up at a retailer near you. Some fans just might have to schedule a road trip around this limited release.
