Shanina Shaik: “Victoria’s Secret Empowers Women”

Describing the production as "the sexiest show in the world" the supermodel flew the Aussie flag in a black butterfly costume as boyfriend Tyson Beckford watched from the front row.

"It's such an honor to be chosen to walk the Victoria's Secret show yet again," Shaik told Yahoo7 Lifestyle. "When I was younger I always dreamt to be a part of the most beautiful and sexiest show in the world. It's a huge achievement for me and I feel incredibly lucky."
While Shaik admits she had "some nerves" before the show, she also said she'd managed to turn them into positive energy.
"I always try to think about how this moment is so special and I enjoy every second of it," Shaik explained. "It's the only show that you can celebrate being a woman and show your personality. The more smiles and kisses the better."
While Shaik cites Adriana Lima as her favourite veteran Angel, she's beaming with pride over the fact that fellow Aussie Bridget Malcolm just made her Victoria's Secret runway debut.
"It was so amazing to have another Aussie in the show," said Shaik. "I'm so proud of her. My advice to her was just to have fun, relax and show your personality on the catwalk."
