Selena Gomez almost 'unrecognisable' in new photo: 'Completely different person'

Selena Gomez stunned fans after sharing a photo of herself with fans commenting that the 31-year-old looks "almost unrecognisable" on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The photo, which Selena shared on her Instagram Stories, was shared to X by Pop Base, where fans were left surprised by her different look.

Selena was promoting her Rare Beauty cosmetic brand in the snap, however, fans weren't just noticing the star's makeup.

"Almost unrecognisable," one user wrote, while another agreed, "I love her but that's not Selena Gomez."

"There is something strange about her face, but I don't know what it is," a third said.

"Is this Photoshopped?" someone else questioned.

"Did she get a face change? Sheesh.. couldn't recognize her," another said bluntly

"She looks like a completely different person," one user added.

Others thought the Only Murders in the Building star resembled Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester.

"She sort of looks like Leighton Meester in this pic," one user wrote, with another agreeing, "Blair Waldorf, is that you?"

However, many other users disagreed, sharing that they thought Selena looked beautiful.

"She's really a rare beauty," one user said. "Look at that face."

"She remains stunningly beautiful," another added.

"How is she always beautiful," a third said.

"She is very beautiful, I love this look of her, she doesn't seem to age at all," someone else added.
