The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives Trailer Teases a Big Twist in the #MomTok Swinging Scandal — Get Season 2 Premiere Date

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is coming back for another season — and more secrets are coming out.

The Hulu reality series returns for Season 2 on Thursday, May 15, the streamer announced on Monday, with all 10 episodes dropping at once. Hulu also released a first-look teaser for the new season (which you can watch below), which hints at the arrival of a new character: Miranda, who was part of the swinging scandal that engulfed Taylor and the #MomTok crew in Season 1.

Also spotted in the teaser: Whitney complaining about being excluded from the group (“They’re holding grudges because… I don’t even know why”); Taylor bickering (again) with boyfriend Dakota; Jen’s husband Zac trying to make amends with flowers; a positive pregnancy test (!); and, even more surprisingly, another Chippendales performance, with one man taking issue with a dancer touching his wife. (Well, that part’s not surprising.)

Debuting last September with an 8-episode freshman season, Mormon Wives became Hulu’s most-watched unscripted series of the year, beating out perennial hits like The Kardashians. It did so well that ABC decided to re-air Season 1 this spring on Monday nights, following The Bachelor.

In Season 2, “the scandalous world of Mormon #MomTok is back and bigger than ever!” per the official synopsis. “When an original swinger from their infamous sex scandal makes a surprise return, friendships threaten to unravel as secrets, lies, and allegations explode. In a battle for the soul of #MomTok, will betrayal shatter the sisterhood, or will the truth set them free?”
