“The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives” Season 2: All About the Next Installment — And When Episodes Will Release
The ladies of MomTok are coming back with more dancing and drama
MomTok isn't just surviving — it's thriving!
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives has quickly become one of Hulu's biggest reality series since its premiere in September. Now, Hulu has confirmed that the ladies of MomTok will bring the dancing and drama back to our screens for another 20 episodes!
The first season premiered on Friday, Sept. 6, and in just days, it became the most-watched unscripted season premiere on Hulu this year. It fell in Nielsen's Top 10 original series for the week of its premiere — and it was only available for three of the seven days in consideration.
Now that it's been confirmed that there's more Mormon mom drama to come, fans are excited to learn what's in store. Season 1 left off with MomTok founder Taylor Frankie Paul still questioning boyfriend Dakota Mortensen's loyalty and Mayci Neeley reaching out to the infamous Jenna. Meanwhile, Jennifer Affleck was struggling with relocating as her husband Zac pursued medical school. And of course, Whitney Leavitt decided to walk away from MomTok, but will her decision stick?
From what we saw on screen to what's gone down online, here's everything to know about The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2.

Who is in the cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2?
The season 1 cast was comprised of Demi Engemann, Jessi Ngatikaura, Jennifer Affleck, Mikayla Matthews, Whitney Leavitt, Mayci Neeley, Layla Taylor and Taylor Frankie Paul.
While previous reports indicate everyone will return for season 2, Hulu has yet to offer a final casting confirmation. That leaves the door open for several departures, or even new MomTokers, to come into the mix.
Eagle-eyed fans noticed both Affleck and Leavitt were missing from her costars' recent social media videos hinting at what's to come. On Thursday, Oct. 3, Mayci Neeley spotlighted several of her fellow costars with footage of them posing for the camera, but Affleck didn't appear beside her name on screen. Instead, the blank screen simply read, "Jen..." in overlaying text.
While Affleck's presence in season 2 has yet to be confirmed, a source tells PEOPLE exclusively that she is back in Utah right now. It's still unclear whether she is actively filming or participating in the upcoming season of the Hulu series.
As for Leavitt, a representative for the reality star did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment, however, she did individually hint at season 2 in a TikTok posted on Friday, Oct. 4.
In the video, Leavitt sits with husband Conner, who voices over Kris Jenner as she infamously asked Kim Kardashian, "What would happen if you just called Taylor up and ask what happened, how did this go so South?"
While the original comment was about Kardashian's infamous discontent with Taylor Swift, in Leavitt's video, it prompts her to rejoin the MomTok group chat after being welcomed back by Taylor Frankie Paul.
