Sam Frost's touching tribute after injured brother's Survivor exit: 'So proud'
Former Bachelorette star Sam Frost has paid tribute to her younger brother, Alex whose own stint on reality TV came to a premature end overnight.
Alex, 26, was forced to bow out of Australian Survivor due to a back injury he sustained during a water slide challenge on day one of the competition.

The warehouse operator from Melbourne struggled on for almost two weeks but on day 12 decided to pull the plug at tribal council.
His older sister Sam — who recently quit her role on Home and Away — took to Instagram on Monday night to praise his efforts in the face of adversity.
"Brooooo!!!! @abitfrosty Despite never smiling in photos... you are hands down the biggest legend with the softest and kindest soul," Sam began.
"Everyone who meets you can see and feel the magic within you. The world's number 1 @survivorau super fan finally got a chance to play... only to get injured day 1. But you still gave it your all."

Sam, 32, went on to say how proud she was of her sibling who she says played the Survivor game with "authenticity, integrity and heart".
She hoped that Alex could heal his injury and return to 'tip-top shape' for a chance to return to the show for a 'chance at redemption' in the future.
"I'm going to miss seeing your cute little head on the screen. You're a superstar in my eyes. Love you so much bro xxxx."
Sam wrapped up her caption by thanking Alex's fellow teammates on the 'Water' tribe for taking her brother under their wing.
Survivor: Blood V Water saw a variety of famous faces and former contestants pitched against their loved ones to win $500,000.
Alex entered the show with Jay Bruno, who he became mates with after Jay dated Sam for a few months in 2021. Despite Jay and Sam splitting up, Jay and Alex remained close friends and were billed as 'brothers-in-law' on Survivor.
Other pairs competing against one another are Mark Wales and Samantha Gash, who met on season four of the show in 2017 and went on to marry and have a child.
Meanwhile, Sam opened up about her reasons for quitting Home and Away, saying she stepped away from the soap to look after her mental health.
Sam — who had starred on the soap as Jasmine Delaney since 2017 — walked away from the long-running show back in December just months after her controversial Covid-19 vaccination stance made headlines.
