'I have no shame': Salma Hayek, 54, shares bikini confession
Salma Hayek has a confession to make: at 54 years young, the Oscar nominee has no shame in her bikini photo-sharing game — and no plans to stop flaunting her incredible figure.
The Mexican-American star opened up about the swathe of sizzling swimsuit shots she’s uploaded of late in a candid chat with Entertainment Tonight, saying that her beach-ready physique was the result of hard work.
“I had to lose a lot of weight and exercise to get into the bikini towards the end of last year,” the mum-of-one revealed.
“I'm glad I took a lot of pictures, I have no shame on it, because it was the first week of the vacation,” Salma added.
The Grown Ups star explained that she’s been steadily releasing bikini pics from the tropical holiday she took over Christmas and New Year — much to the delight of her 17 million Instagram fans.

“I saved my pictures, I'm not in the same condition today and I'm spreading the love out like every two weeks,” she said, adding that she’s almost run out.
While Salma joked that people are probably sick of seeing her in a swimsuit, she did say that the experience of posting the photos has been ‘liberating’.
Sizzling Salma
Salma’s bikini pic bonanza was in full swing just a few short weeks into 2021, with the Freida actor posting a pair of smoking hot snaps of herself wearing a black two-piece swimsuit while zenning out in the sea.
“We need to keep our cool,” the 54-year-old instructed her 17 million followers, adding the hashtags “#instamood” and “#calm” for good measure.
Indeed, Salma looked the picture of calm in both pics, particularly one that showed her sitting cross-legged on the sand with her eyes closed and her hands in the traditional meditation position on her knees.
Salma’s fans couldn’t get enough of her relaxed vibes, with one exclaiming, “2021 looking great!” in the comments.
Another called Salma “Diosa,” which means ‘goddess’ in Spanish while a third declared her to be “the most perfect woman in the world”.
Busy year ahead
The mum-of-one is wise to take some time out ahead of her busy year, with three films expected to hit cinemas in the next 12 months.
First up is the sci-fi/romance Bliss with Owen Wilson, followed by The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard with Ryan Reynolds and the highly anticipated Marvel blockbuster, The Eternals, that picks up where 2019’s Avengers: Endgame left off.
Salma shares a 13-year-old daughter, Valentina Paloma Pinault, with her French billionaire businessman husband, François-Henri Pinault, who she wed on Valentine’s Day in 2009.
