Sabrina Carpenter has undoubtedly been on a fashion high since entering her Short n’ Sweet era, which means it's no surprise that she brought her signature va-va-voom to the cover of Vogue’s March 2025 issue in lingerie, diamonds and the most bombshell curls you’ve ever seen.
Styled by Ib Kamara and lensed by renowned celebrity fashion photographer Steven Meisel, the “Juno” singer, 25, channels the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Madonna in a series of designer pin-up looks.
On the cover, she strikes a sexy pose in a custom Dolce & Gabbana baby blue minidress designed in the silhouette of a lace-up corset. She wears a bedazzled cuff and long studded chain necklace for jewelry.

In her cover story, Carpenter spoke about her style evolution that began after releasing Emails I Can’t Send, her fifth studio album that dropped in 2022. As told by Vogue, the project was a reflection of Carpenter's heartbreak at the time, and she wanted to translate that with a “stripped-down and timeless” aesthetic that was in part inspired by past images of Kate Moss.
“That’s why, on the cover of Emails, I’m just in this black slip dress. There’s nothing too complicated about it. My hair’s very natural.”
Carpenter added that she began to notice a change in her style while touring the record. “I started wearing outfits that felt more like myself. And then it sort of bled into, like, I was writing these songs that felt more and more like my personality.”
And when it came time to record Short n’ Sweet, an album filled with cheeky innuendos, Carpenter told Vogue that she recalled “feeling inspired by images of women that felt very strong and hyperfeminine. And then being like: If only she said what she was actually thinking.”
