Royal fans point out surprise detail in photo of Princess Eugenie's son

Royal fans have taken to Princess Eugenie's Instagram to share their surprise at how much her son August looks like Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's children Archie, three, and Lilibet, one. Eugenie, who shares her son with her husband Jack Brooksbank, took to Instagram to share a sweet video of 'Augie' to celebrate his second birthday.

In the video, the Bee Gees' Jive Talkin' plays as a grinning August shows off his dance moves.

"Happy 2nd birthday to our boy Augie," Eugenie wrote. "You are our world's greatest joy. Keep dancing and smiling my angel. Xx."

Many followers shared how much August looked like Archie and Lilibet, with one user writing, "Beyond adorable. Looks a lot like Harry and Meghan’s children."

"OMG he resembles Lilibet," another agreed.

"Looks like Harry's son Archie," a third added, with one user agreeing, "At first I thought he was Archie!"

"He and his cousin Archie resemble one another," someone else wrote.

"He and Archie have some similarities!" another fan said.

Others thought he was the spitting image of his mother, with one user writing, "What a sweetheart! You can definitely see how much he looks like his Momma."

"It's a Eugenie mini-me! Happy 2nd birthday August," another added, while a third described him as "the perfect mix of both his parents".

Some also thought that he looked like his grandfather Prince Andrew.

Eugenie announces she's expecting second baby

It comes after Eugenie and Jack announced last month that they're expecting their second child together.

Taking to Instagram, Eugenie posted an adorable snap captured by Jack of August kissing her stomach.

“We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer,” she wrote in the caption.

Buckingham Palace also released a statement, reading: “Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are pleased to announce they are expecting their second child this summer.

“The family are delighted and August is very much looking forward to being a big brother.”
