Roxy Jacenko's Kmart hack goes viral
Fans are frothing over Roxy Jacenko's genius Kmart hack which has seen a simple cubby house transformed into a chique Hampton's style hangout for her kids.
The 37-year-old PR maven revealed the fruits of her labour this week, after sharing with her fans on Instagram that she had bought an affordable cubby house from Kmart, which costs only $199.
With everyone keen to wrap up their Christmas shopping asap, fans were keen to see the final product after she teased her followers online showing off Dulux paint tins and a very handy Hunter Curtis helping put the cubby together.
"It’s been a hectic day on site finishing painting and decorating of our new beach house," Roxy wrote alongside an image of the painted cubby on Hunter's Instagram account.
She's also revealed that she still wants to add flowers to the front, lighting and a sign for the door.
Hunter seemed supper chuffed with his new hang out, happily ringing the bell that's been added to the front of the house.
It definitely looks worlds away from the drab cubby house it started out as, and a perfect way to spruce up the yard as well.
Her fans were quick to share their love of the finished project saying 'feel like I should buy one now.'
Other's were stoked the product was from Kmart, which is super affordable for families.
"God I love a good Kmart hack. Can’t wait to see this one finished," one person posted online.
"Look at the cubby! and from Kmart, seriously," another added.
The cubby house already appears to be sold out in Roxy's nearby Bondi Junction store location.
