Rosemary Preps to Launch a Radio Show on the Next Episode of 'When Calls the Heart'

I imagine Nathan-Elizabeth (Kevin McGarry, Erin Krakow) fans were ecstatic after watching the season 12 premiere of When Calls the Heart! Pace yourselves, Hearties, there's plenty of smooches coming your way this season! Let's dive into the next episode and make sure you check out the Parade exclusive sneak peek later in this article!

In last week's episode, Superintendent Hargraves (David Lewis) brought news to both Elizabeth and Nathan. For Elizabeth, Hargraves returns Jack's (Daniel Lissing) medal after it was lost in the landslide that killed him. Nathan finds himself comparing his own actions and career against Jack's. He shifts gears  when Oliver Garrett (Jacob Shoemay), a Mountie cadet comes to Hope Valley to train under him.

With Lee (Kavan Smith) needed in Capital City to lobby for the national park, much to Rosemary's (Pascale Hutton) chagrin, Gov. Bouchard (Chris McNally) sweetens the pot by offering to name the park after the Coulters' daughter, Goldie (Ellie Sweiss).

Angela (Vienna Leacock) contemplates college in Hamilton, much to her mother's dismay. Minnie (Natasha Burnett) is hoping to keep Angela closer to home. Henry's (Martin Cummins) orchard is producing more hazelnuts than he expected and he looks to Joseph (Viv Leacock) for guidance.

I wouldn't mind seeing a spinoff with Angela and Emily (Gracyn Shinyei), the two Hope Valley college-bound graduates. I can even see guest appearances from past characters on the show that live in the big cities like Hamilton or Boston.

In "You Get What You Give," this week's episode of When Calls the Heart, Rosemary gets ready to launch her news radio show while Lee comes up against the politics involved in getting a national park designation. The newlyweds return from their honeymoon and there's a comic book craze amongst the boys of Hope Valley.

Meanwhile, Edwin (Erik Gow) has returned, hoping to work for the governor again while Lucas meets a new adversary (and possible love interest?) in attorney Edie Martell (Miranda MacDougall).
