Robert Irwin's new girlfriend 'tested' by Irwins on 'wildlife warrior boot camp'

Rorie Buckey has reportedly won over Terri and Bindi Irwin by demonstrating her passion for Aussie wildlife.

Robert Irwin recently debuted his new relationship with Rorie Buckey, and now there have been reports Rorie went through some 'testing' by the greater Irwin family.

According to Woman's Day and Daily Mail, Rorie had to win over the family, including Bindi and Terri Irwin, by having a willingness to get out into nature.

Robert and Rorie, both 19, recently went on a crocodile research trip together, and it's been reported that Terri and Bindi have been impressed with Rorie's efforts.

According to a source, Rorie was determined to show the Irwins her passion and dedication to Australian wildlife and absolutely "blew them away".

The insider claimed: '[Rorie was] determined to not let Robert down and show him – and his mum and sister – that she's not just some puff piece. And she blew them away."

"The whole female population on life support rn," another said.

Following the reports that Rorie has won over the Irwin family, there's speculation that she'll relocate from Western Australia where she currently lives, to Australia Zoo sooner rather than later.
