Bye bye mullet.

Earlier this month, Rita Ora debuted a bold blonde mullet along with an edgy menswear-inspired look. Well, it seems that with 2025 approaching, Ora is already ready for another change. Almost as soon as the mullet had appeared, it had vanished. In its place, Ora has opted for long, flowing brunette locks with a look that can only be described as princess hair.

Ora's new 'do made its first appearance earlier today when Ora stepped out at the Times Square Ball in the lead up to Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve which she will co-host with Ryan Seacrest tomorrow. Her new look features long, layered brown hair in a center parting, which she wore silky smooth and straight. Based on the fact that her hair was a blonde mullet just a few weeks ago, it's safe to assume that this look is either a wig or a whole load of hair extensions.

Ora paired her new 'do with a red and black checked coat from Antonio Marras‘s fall 2024 collection. The long coat features black shearling fur sleeves along with black sparkly floral embellishments, Ora donned a black turtleneck, chunky black buckled boots, and black earrings to finish off the look.

Of course, Ora is known to love experimenting with new hair looks. "I’ve always loved changing my hair up and coloring it—my biggest inspiration growing up was Gwen Stefani, and I wanted her iconic bleached hair," she told the Evening Standard earlier this year.

Ora recently launched her own hair growth line, Typebea, after dealing with hair loss. “I’ve been in the industry for almost a decade now, and my hair has been through it all–heat styling, color changes, cuts, extensions, you name it,” she said earlier this year. “And it eventually got to a point where I was like, ‘Wow, I have hardly any hair left!'”
