After Reports That He And Megan Fox Aren't Speaking Ahead Of Their Baby's Birth, Machine Gun Kelly Appeared To Respond
Machine Gun Kelly seemingly addressed new rumors surrounding his relationship with Megan Fox.
To recap, he and Megan have had an on-off relationship that began in 2020 when they met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass. After getting engaged in 2022, they called it off in 2023. Then they got back together, only to reportedly break up again last November.
According to TMZ, the couple split over Thanksgiving break after Megan allegedly discovered something "upsetting" on MGK's phone. While the exact contents were not revealed, a source claimed it had left Megan "blindsided." "She's been distraught," a source told People.
Now, TMZ alleges their relationship has soured to the point where the two aren't even on speaking terms. Citing "sources familiar with the situation," the outlet reported that "things are not amicable" between them as Megan prepares to give birth in March.
"Megan and MGK are not on good terms and things are so bad they aren't even speaking to each other," the report stated. It also said the "icy" situation between them has made MGK's future involvement with the baby uncertain.
But MGK suggests that's not the case — and that you shouldn't believe anything that doesn't come directly from him or Megan.
Taking to his Instagram after the report was published, MGK said, "How can 'sources say' when the sources haven’t said anything."
Meanwhile, Megan hasn't publicly responded to the report, but that's not exactly a surprise. Last year, she said her relationship with MGK was "not for public consumption." "What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul,’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what," she added.
