Speaking with Yahoo Lifestyle, Rebel’s Australian trainer Jono Castano recently revealed his “most important tip” for those looking to transform their body.

“I'd say her consistency has been the most important thing,” he said about Rebel.

“If you're consistent and you're getting amazing results then it's just going to continue to show, even if it's not just in your appearance, but it's also going to help in bringing out the best in you.

"We sometimes forget about what fitness and results actually do, it's not just about losing weight, it gives you so much more confidence.”
