Rebel Wilson stuns in black after transformation: 'You are inspiring'

Rebel Wilson has stepped out in yet another gorgeous red carpet look that shows off her figure.

The Pitch Perfect actress attended the second Annual Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, and wowed with her all-black ensemble.

For the event, she opted to sweep her blonde hair over one shoulder and sported a dramatic red lip.

Paired with a smokey eye, the star looked incredible as she posed for the cameras.

Rebel wore a flattering midi black dress that cinched in at the waist and was lined with lace detail. While it was low cut, the dress also had long sleeves and shoulder pads which added a touch of glamour.

She finished off the look with a pair of elegant black platform shoes.

The Aussie star has been open about her 'Year of Health', and famously dropped 35kg in 2020. Since then, she has admitted that her transformation has likely opened doors for her in Hollywood, including her first dramatic role in The Almond and the Seahorse.

Her friends and fans were obsessed with Rebel’s outfit, with many saying she was ‘glowing’.

“Face beautiful as ever but hair also on point,” a second wrote.

“Wish you [were] this body confident before. Still beautiful,” another added.

“Just WOW…You are inspiring,” a fourth remarked.

The Senior Year star was at the event to celebrate Parasite producer Miky Lee, who was honoured with the Pillar Award.

Sharing photos of herself with the South Korean media mogul, Rebel dedicated a sweet caption to her friend.

“I wanted to say the biggest congratulations to my dear friend Ms Miky Lee for being honoured last night with the Pillar Award at the Academy Museum Gala.

“Miky’s life itself would make an amazing Hollywood movie — she’s such a role model to me and I admire her so so much! She’s girl power, she’s international, she’s an outsider who has absolutely crushed in Hollywood and is building an amazing legacy.

“Much respect and lots of love Miky!” she wrote.
