Rachael Ray's Team Breaks Silence After Recent Worrying Video

Rachael Ray's team has issued a response to the recent concerns about the celebrity chef's wellbeing.

Earlier this week, fans on social media expressed their worries for the 30 Minute Meals star after she appeared in a new cooking video on Instagram. Users then flooded the comments on the post, claiming that Ray, 56, sounded like she was "slurring" her words, while one side of her face looked "much lower" than the other.

Following influx of questions and concerns, including speculation that she may have had a "mini stroke," a representative for Ray addressed the situation, telling TMZ that the Food Network personality has "no comment" on the matter.

Ray has also uploaded another Instagram post in the midst of all the speculation, seemingly ignoring the conversations about her wellbeing and instead sharing a recipe for a chorizo paella.

Following the original video, posted on Monday, Sept. 2, users on social media expressed several theories about what could have caused the Tasty Travels star to seem "off" in the clip.

Many commenters on the post suggested that Ray could have been "recovering from a stroke," while others suggested that she may be dealing with Bell's palsy or alcoholism.

But others were quick to jump to her defense, with many fans asserting that whatever is going on with Ray is "none of our business."

"People are so quick to judge when they have no idea what's going on!" someone else insisted, while noting that the apparent differences in Ray's appearance could just have to do with aging.

"She's aging like the rest of us," another person echoed. "Maybe she has a medical condition, maybe she is on medication. Regardless, no need to be mean."
