Pregnant Margot Robbie Looks Chic in Monochrome During Santa Monica Outing

The actress and producer is expecting her first child with husband Tom Ackerley

Margot Robbie is nailing her maternity style!

The actress, 34, who is expecting her first child with her husband Tom Ackerley, revealed a hint of her baby bump as she wore a white tank top with a low-rise black pencil skirt paired with an unbuttoned cream shirt worn over the top while out in Santa Monica on Saturday, Sept 21.

Robbie accessorized her casual outfit with a pair of oval-framed Prada sunglasses, hoop earrings and a gold chain as she carried a large black tote over her shoulder.

The Barbie star's pregnancy was confirmed by multiple sources to PEOPLE in July. She made her first public appearance with her baby bump alongside husband Ackerley, 34, at Wimbledon later that month.

Robbie's latest outing comes after she and Ackerley attended the screening of the drama-comedy My Old Ass in Los Angeles on Sept. 9.

For the occasion, the actress and producer wore a figure-hugging gray dress highlighting her baby bump as she posed for a photo with her husband, director Megan Park and actress Maisy Stella, who plays Elliot Labrant in the film.

Robbie and Ackerley tied the knot in December 2016. The pair first met three years prior on the set of the World War II drama Suite Française, in which Robbie starred and Ackerley was assistant director.

In late August, the couple was spotted again on vacation in Sardinia ahead of their first baby’s arrival.

Robbie’s bump was on full display as she stepped out in a white shirt almost completely unbuttoned, exposing her bare baby bump, with a pair of black loose-fitting pants and a black sun hat.

An insider revealed to PEOPLE on July 9, that the actress is “happy” that her pregnancy news is out and that she and Ackerley “wanted to start a family for quite some time.”

“Family means a lot to both of them and they knew early on in their relationship being parents was something they really wanted,” the source told PEOPLE.
