Pregnant Mackenzie McKee Shares Updates as “Teen Mom” Star“ ”Celebrates Reaching Viability with Her Twins

Mackenzie McKee is sharing a few updates on her twin pregnancy.

The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star, 30, did a Q&A on Instagram on Tuesday, April 8, where she shared some pregnancy updates with fans. Mackenzie shared the special news on The Drew Barrymore Show on Monday, March 31, that she and fiancé Khesanio Hall are expecting not one, but two babies after undergoing IVF.

One fan asked if the twins would be born in August. The soon-to-be mom of five explained, "I carried my singletons to 36-37 weeks only. I’d love to try and make it past next month into June🙏 32-34 weeks is my goal."

Followers also asked about how caring for her diabetes has been throughout this pregnancy. Mackenzie has shared her journey managing her A1C while trying to prepare her body for IVF and pregnancy.

"This pregnancy is unlike the last 3. I have an insulin pump and Dexcom, along with a great diabetic care team. My sugars are not only great, but the babies are super healthy and growing perfectly 🙏."

Mackenzie is also mom to Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13, whom she shares with ex Josh McKee. In a recent episode of the reality series, the mom opened up about her disappointment in Josh, while celebrating the way Khesanio has stepped up for her kids.

"What I want is for Josh to be more involved in their lives, but he's just not. These kids love their dad but Khes is also dad now and he is consistency and he's been solid for two years. Josh and I were together for 10 years. I can't even tell you a month that my kids had something that was solid," she said.

The couple got engaged in June 2024. At the time, Mackenzie told PEOPLE how important it had been for her to witness to see the relationship between her kids and Hall blossom.

"My kids are raised by Khes. So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them," she raved.

"It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever."
