Playboy model hits back over 'obscene' topless desert snaps
A Playboy model has hit back after her topless snaps were slammed as ’obscene’ and ‘offensive’.
Brazilian model, Luana Sandien, recently uploaded a number of snaps showing her wearing a see-through white skirt and nothing on top in a Dubai desert.
In the photos, her hands are placed over her breasts as she strikes a series of poses.
Luana captioned the photos in Portuguese, which read: “The beauty of the desert is that it hides a water well anywhere.”
Due to religious reasons, in Dubai, public nudity is frowned upon and can even land the person in trouble with the law.

People were quick to point this out in the comments section on her photos, with one person saying: “So because he wanted attention on social media she broke Dubai law just to take skimpy pics?”
One person simply commented ‘disrespectful’, while another called the snaps 'obscene’.
Speaking to the Daily Star, Luana defended herself, saying: “It was one of the best pictures I've ever taken, but I didn't mean to embarrass anyone.
“I was careful to cover my breasts with my hands, knowing that in the country it is forbidden to be naked, and even so I was threatened by haters.”
She also took to the comments section of her Instagram to write: “It wasn’t my intention to offend anyone. That was my second time in Dubai and I honestly didn’t cross my mind to try to offend their culture or laws. I love Dubai, it’s an amazing place and I’m planning to go back soon.”
Luana is not the first person to get called out for public indecency in Dubai.
Back in March, former Love Island star Laura Anderson was blasted after she uploaded an image of herself completely naked sitting on the edge of a hotel pool.
“I’m pretty sure you can get arrested for nudity snaps online in Dubai,” one person wrote.
“Nudity in Dubai ? That’s so disrespectful and haram. You can get arrested for this!” another said.
Laura lived in Dubai when she worked as a flight attendant and the photo is still up on her Instagram account.
