Pippa Middleton takes newborn son for a stroll one week after giving birth

Pippa Middleton has been spotted out and about in London a week after giving birth to a baby boy.

The 35-year-old younger sister of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, was seen pushing a blue pram through Kensington this week.

Pippa was rugged up in a navy coat over a printed dress, and kept it comfortable in a pair of white runners.

Pippa and husband James Matthews welcomed their first child – and Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis’ first cousin – at the Lindo Wing on Monday. It was the same high-end maternity ward where Kate gave birth to all her three children, and where Meghan Markle is expected to welcome her first child next year.

The couple are yet to announce the name of their little bundle of joy.

While Kate wasn’t among the first people to meet the new baby, a statement of congratulations was issued by Kensington Palace right after his birth.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are thrilled for Pippa and James,” the short and sweet message read.

The couple, who married in May 2017, attended Princess Eugenie’s wedding on the Friday before Pippa gave birth.

Heavily pregnant Pippa wore a dark green Emilia Wickstead dress for the ceremony at St George’s Chapel in Windsor.
