“It’s a great privilege to be recognized by World Monuments Fund at this year’s Hadrian Gala and support WMF’s mission to preserve and protect the world’s architectural and cultural heritage,” said Marino of the honor. “As chairman of Venetian Heritage, I work to preserve and restore the architecture and art in one of my favorite cities — Venice — which WMF has also worked tirelessly to protect.”

This year’s gala, sponsored by Tiffany & Co., is cochaired by Donna Perret Rosen and Melissa Stewart, with honorary cochairs including Prince Amyn Aga Khan, Joan Hardy Clark, Katherine Rayner and Lauren Santo Domingo. The World Monuments Summit will take place prior to the gala on Oct. 26.

The dinner and awards ceremony will take place at the New York Public Library’s Stephen A. Schwarzman Building. The evening will feature a performance by opera singer Anthony Roth Costanzo with members of the Opera Philadelphia Orchestra, and a dinner menu in collaboration with Daniel Boulud.

Past honorees have included Maryvonne Pinault and Christian Louboutin.

Additional sponsors for the 2024 gala include Gregory Annenberg Weingarten, GRoW @ Annenberg and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).
