Pepperidge Farm Has a Brand-New Cookie Joining Its Holiday Lineup
It’s a holiday favorite beverage in cookie form.
When you think of the holidays, a few distinct flavors come to mind. The creaminess of eggnog, the sweet and tart combination of cranberry desserts, and of course, the bold taste of all things peppermint. We love peppermint because the beloved seasonal ingredient has a distinct flavor that easily elevates even the simplest recipes. From decadent layered brownies to creamy white chocolate peppermint cheesecake and even festive peppermint bark—there’s no denying that the flavor adds a special touch. Plus, just the sight of a candy cane alone carries a sense of nostalgia reminding us of decorating the tree, spending time with family, and wrestling with those finicky plastic wrappers.
Now, Pepperidge Farm is celebrating everyone’s love for the striped candy by adding it to its newest holiday cookie.
Pepperidge Farm Thin & Crispy Peppermint Cocoa Cookies
Pepperidge Farm has an impressive holiday lineup. Over the years, the bakery has launched a range of seasonal cookies, such as Snowballs, Gingerman, and even Raspberry Linzer. Whether you’re digging in at home during a movie marathon or adding them to a gift basket, Pepperidge Farm’s cookies are guaranteed to bring some holiday cheer.
For the first time, the brand is expanding its crunchiest cookie line to include a new seasonal flavor—Thin & Crispy Peppermint Cocoa Cookies. The cookies feature a decadent chocolate base with sweet peppermint chips in every bite. Peppermint Hot Chocolate fans will appreciate the cookie’s rich flavor and how well it tastes with its namesake beverage for a pairing even Old St. Nick would love. Peppermint Cocoa cookies join the brand’s other beverage-inspired classics, such as Milano London Fog and Holiday Nog Chessman, which the Connecticut-based company launched last year.
Fans can find Pepperidge Farms Thin & Crispy Peppermint Cocoa cookies at retailers nationwide starting in November with a suggested retail price of $5.09. These are a limited-time offering, so be sure to keep an eye out for when the new cookies hit shelves.
