How to Make Spooky Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwiches

Making Moribyan's ice cream sandwiches is simple. You will need two packs of cookie dough, a pint of vanilla ice cream, three square baking pans, and some parchment paper. Arrange an entire package of Halloween sugar cookie dough tightly in a square baking pan, cover with a parchment sheet, and press down. Repeat this step with the remaining cookie dough pack. Bake for 11 minutes at 350°F, or until the cookie square is slightly underdone. In another square baking pan lined with parchment, dollop scoops of softened vanilla ice cream and spread all the way to the edges of the pan. Place the pan with ice cream in the freezer to chill.Remove one pan of cookies onto a clean work surface and line the ice cream layer directly over it.
