Whoa, whoa, whoa.

Noah Centineo reprises his beloved To All the Boys I've Loved Before role as Peter Kavinsky for season 2 of the spin-off series XO, Kitty. Netflix released a new trailer Tuesday for the romance dramedy centered on the youngest Covey sister Kitty's misadventures at a boarding school in Seoul, and in it, the character played by Anna Cathcart is visited by a familiar face: sister Lara Jean's boyfriend Peter.

In the wake of the drama and love triangles in the debut season, "there's nothing like a friendly face from home" to help Kitty find her footing for the new semester. Cue: Kavinsky, who finds himself in South Korea as he delivers the ultimate pep talk to the young Covey as she continues her journey of seoul-searching: "You are Kitty Song frickin' Covey. Don't you forget it."

For showrunner, executive producer, and writer Jessica O'Toole, it was "amazing to watch Anna and Noah" back together on set again. "They have so much love and respect for each other and you can feel it in their scenes together," said O'Toole in a statement to Netflix's Tudum. "This season of XO, Kitty is all about where Kitty is going but also where she came from. The opportunity to include Peter Kavinsky in that journey was so exciting."

Added O'Toole, "I can't wait for the fans to see Peter interact with some of their favorite XO, Kitty characters and to see all of the other juicy surprises we have in store, including some big moments fans have been waiting for and others they will never see coming.”

Centineo called stepping back into the To All the Boys universe a "true joy" in his own statement. "I hope our incredible audience enjoys seeing Peter again as much as I did," he said.

Last season's love triangle concluded with the revelation that Kitty had feelings for Yuri (Gia Kim), the fake girlfriend of her former long-distance boyfriend Dae (Minyeong Choi). Well, call it more of a love square, as the finale also saw pal Min Ho (Sang Heon Lee) confess his feelings for Kitty. Season 2 will follow Kitty — dubbed the "chaos queen" by her bestie Quincy (Anthony Keyvan) — as she explores her relationships with women but also deals with her lingering feelings for Yuri.
