After a well-received debut as host of the 2025 Golden Globes, comedian Nikki Glaser is reportedly set to host the award ceremony again next year—with an even higher paycheck.

According to Deadline, Glaser was paid a bit more than $400,000 to host the decorated event on Sunday, with a “well placed” source telling the outlet that her fee will rise “significantly” next year.

The roast expert signed a three-year deal to host the Globes last year, the outlet adds, and her success Sunday night garnered immediate support to bring her back.

In an interview with Howard Stern Monday, Glaser hinted at her return next year and her subsequent pay raise. “There was a past host who said how much he got paid in his monologue and I got less than that, but that’s OK,” Glaser shared, likely referring to 2023 Globes host Jerrod Carmichael who stated that he was receiving $500,000 during the ceremony.

“I’ll get more next year,” she continued before adding, “I feel well paid for what I do. I’m alright.”

Another source close to the Globes also told Deadline that “more was invested this year in Nikki Glaser and her team than any previous host at the Golden Globes,” including a bigger writing team than in past years.

“It was an investment in Nikki as a long term solo host,” the source added. “Worked out well for everyone, I’d say.”

Representatives for the award ceremony’s producers Dick Clark Productions had no comment on Glaser’s return or her paycheck when contacted by Deadline. A representative did not immediately respond to the Daily Beast’s request for comment.

Glaser’s opening monologue was largely lauded by fans watching the ceremony and earned roaring laughs from its A-list attendees.

She welcomed them all to “Ozempic’s biggest night” and even threw a shot at Sean “Diddy” Combs by saying Luca Guadagnino’s Challengers was “more sexually charged” than Diddy’s credit card.

“I’m upset too, the after-party is not going to be as good this year,” Glaser continued before saying that a “Stanley Tucci freak-off just doesn’t have the same ring to it.”

An attorney for some of Diddy’s alleged victims, Ariel Mitchell, blasted Glaser’s Diddy joke however, telling the Daily Beast she “hopes karma does not make her eat her words.”

“My clients are never happy to have their trauma marked [SIC] and Ms. Glazer should be ashamed of herself,” she continued, misspelling the comedian’s name. “Why would I brace my clients to be made fun of at an awards show of all places? This was not even the Grammys, it’s the Golden Globes and they wondered why their ratings are always in the toilet.”
