Nick Jonas Shared a Rare Video of His Daughter Malti Pretending to Cut His Hair

He also gave fans a glimpse of the 2-year-old's spunky personality.

Nick Jonas is giving JoBros fans a rare glimpse at his playful family time. In an Instagram carousel shared on Sunday, August 11, the “Jealous” singer highlighted his 2-year-old daughter Malti Marie as she clowned alongside him and his wife, Priyanka Chopra. Viewers also got a sweet look at the toddler’s spunky personality as Malti pretended to cut her dad’s hair in one video.

Simply captioned “Lately” with a red heart emoji, Jonas’s post started with a selfie of the musician, Chopra, and their daughter playing dress up. The Matrix Resurrection actress twinned with her mini-me in matching pirate hats while Jonas opted for a cream baseball cap embellished with gold lettering. Next, Malti was the cutest hairdresser as she pretended to cut her dad’s hair in a sweet selfie video.

“Malti, cutting dada’s hair?” Jonas could be heard asking as the 2-year-old pretended to snip at his head with toy scissors. “Thank you. Oh, look where you’re going,” he continued, laughing.

He also hilariously showed a moment where the couple’s daughter gave him a bit of attitude on camera, repeatedly saying, “Oh my god” and turning away from him as he filmed her. The carousel also included a video of Malti watching her mom hug people on a film set and a photo of the toddler sleeping in an airplane.

Jonas has previously opened up about how becoming a father has changed his perspective on life. In a 2022 interview with Kelly Clarkson, the former Disney star opened up about the “wild” journey he and Chopra had had welcoming their baby girl home after over 100 days in the neonatal intensive care unit. 

"It's pretty wild. She's the best. It's just been a magical season of our life," he said.  "But it's a blessing to have her home. It's been wonderful."
