Prince William and Kate Middleton don't know the sex of the royal baby

Despite reports that the royal couple are having a girl, sources have confirmed that Prince William and Kate Middleton are still very much in the dark about the sex of royal still don't know the sex of their baby.
"The couple do not know what the sex of the baby is," Palace sources told E! News.

The news comes after reports claiming that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been widely rumoured to be having a girl will which they will name Diana.
A source previously told US OK! magazine that they "chose" Diana because they "felt they needed to go with something very traditional, like Elizabeth or Mary, or something that had a lot of meaning to them".
The 33-year-old - who is seven months pregnant with her second child - visited the opening of the Kensington Aldridge Academy last month and revealed she can feel her baby kicking, but didn't know the sex of the baby back then either, referring to the baby as "it".

Student Martina McDonagh, who spoke to Kate, revealed to the The Daily Telegraph: "I told her I hoped it was a girl, but she said she doesn't know yet. She said it was moving around a lot."
Kate and William are already parents to 18-month-old Prince George and are set to welcome their second child in April.
