Every time Jo Beth Taylor and her partner Matt Bennell found themselves in a beautiful, romantic location, they’d sigh and one would whisper to the other: ‘Shame we don’t have a ring!’
Well... that was until Matt decided to surprise his beloved by popping the question!

‘We’ve had this private joke in our relationship where, if we found ourselves in a beautiful place or enjoying a moment, we’d wish we had a ring,’ laughs Jo Beth.
Friends for eight years through their boys’ sport, the gorgeous pair became an item a year ago after lots of chats and laughs on the sidelines.
It seems the couple are meant to be together, with children the same age, a shared love of health and wellbeing, and an interest in channelling their skills into charity work.
As for their wedding day, the couple are yet to set a date, but say they will be planning something that reflects their adventurous personalities.
‘We can promise it will be something exotic and unusual,’ laughs Jo Beth.
