James Packer and Mariah Carey are engaged
James Packer is reportedly engaged to Mariah Carey.
E! News reported that Packer, 48, proposed in New York with what's been described as a 'breathtaking' a 35-carat diamond ring.
The pair met at a movie premiere in Aspen and have been dating for just under a year.

Mariah was spotted wearing an engagement ring on her last trip in Melbourne, sparking rumours that she was engaged to the businessman.
However at the time the Hero singer denied that she was engaged.
Mariah was previously married to her back-up dancer Nick Cannon with whom she has two children with.
Carey or Packer are yet to comment on the engagement.
