Melissa McCarthy has been looking happier and healthier than ever while promoting her latest film, Spy - so naturally everyone wants to know how she did it!
During an appearance on CBS This Morning, the 44-year-old funny woman was asked if she would reveal her weight loss secrets.
Talk show host Gayle King said: "Melissa, can I say you look great? I saw you on the red carpet with one of your designs and...I was saying, 'Listen, I'm about to sign up for Weight Watchers for the third time, because I do know it works, and you're doing something that's working for you. Do you want to say what it is?"

Melissa, who has lost over 22 kilograms, quipped: "Just crying a lot. I'm crying off the pounds."
However, the Mike and Molly star got serious, admitting her secret is to just "stop worrying about it".
"I feel amazing and I finally said, 'Oh, for God sakes, stop worrying about it' and it may be the best thing I've ever done," she explained.

"I truly stopped worrying about it. I stopped over-analyzing, over-thinking, over-doing anything. I kinda went back to when I was pregnant and I just stopped constantly being worried about it and I think there's something to kinda loosening up and not being so nervous and rigid about it that, bizarrely, has worked. I could've figured that out before 44, but whatever."
Melissa has also recently revealed she is launching a new clothing line, which she designed to help women feel more comfortable in their own skin.
“I just don’t believe in a uniform. I think if people have it and they love it, great, but I think people get into a rut and I’ve always been someone who gets a kick out of dressing,” she told People magazine.

“I like vintage, I can never pick one style. I like a little blouse that looks great with a pencil skirt but then the next day I can wear it with ripped jeans and boots," she added.
Above all, Melissa says she just wants to design clothes that will empower women.
“I want women to get dressed every day and feel good about themselves. I don’t care what it is, if it’s dyeing your hair blue, if it’s a sweater, whatever you want to do, if it makes you feel good and empowered, I stand behind it 100 percent. And if I can be a little tiny block on that wall, I’d be proud of that.”
