Guy and Jules Sebastian left everyone scratching their heads last week over a bizarre interview on her online chat show, Tea With Jules.

The interview, which was filmed ahead of the 33-year-old's Eurovision performance, swiftly turned awkward as Jules asked questions about Australian Idol, his 'fro, and his weight before he stormed off set and to call his wife a cow.

A representative for the couple confirmed at the time that the interview was staged however it still begged the question: Why?

"It was quite funny at the time,' he told The Daily Telegraph.

"I just took the role of being a massive p***."

“We staged a fight and I got her to ask me all the things I’ve literally been asked a million times in interviews, things about my afro and the moment I won Idol and how I felt and all that stuff,” he added.
