Yahoo Lifestyle Ajay Rochester claims Michelle Bridges 'stole all my business ideas'

It's no secret that there's no love lost between former Biggest Loser co-stars Ajay Rochester and Michelle Bridges.
Ajay has been vocal in the past about how the two fell out, which she says forced her to uproot her life to the US to deal with the situation.
However now Ajay has taken it one step further, taking to Facebook to accuse she celebrity trainer of being a 'bully' and of 'stealing' her business ideas.

The accusations have come after yesterday's BRW Rich Women List announcement that 44-year-old Michelle has amassed a $53 million dollar fortune thanks to her health and fitness empire which includes her 12 Week Body Transformation program, books, DVDs, endorsement deals and her TV commitments.
45-year-old Ajay, who starred alongside Michelle, on the hit show from 2007-2009, has claimed she stole the title of her book, 5 Minute Diet Cook Book.
"She stole all my business ideas, even took one of my book titles, she made every work day miserable," she wrote in the online rant.
"She spread lies about me until everyone hated me, she leaked bullshit to the media and my bosses until she was a top dog and ‘karma’ seems to have done nothing but reward her," she added.

"She made my life hell and I quit BL because of her."
The book Ajay refers to is Michelle's book titled 5 Minutes A Day, and she went so far as to post screen grabs of the books' publish dates.
"Of all the book titles in the world she chose this one, 14 months after the publication of mine?" she added.
"I remember telling her about my plans to write it years before, before we fell out, at a time when I wanted to help her and she wanted to publish books one day... and an innocent, 'what are you working on next', now makes so much more sense."

Ajay, who often uses social media as a platform to get her message across, stressed that her rant was not simply a case of the green-eyed monster.
"I don’t begrudge her the money I just hate the way she treated me when we worked together," she told the Daily Telegraph.
However in a follow-up Facebook post she did admit that she is seeking legal advice.
"It's no coincidence.....it's a true reflection of her complete disdain for me both personally and professionally and maybe, just maybe her time has come to face the music for it."

Michelle has so far chosen not to comment on the situation, she has however expressed her delight at making the BRW list, calling her inclusion an 'absolute thrill and honour'.
"I look at the other ladies on the list and just think 'wow'!" she told the publication, of her 29th place.
"It's a privilege to be sitting among them."
