It's not called the city of love for nothing! Charlize Theron and Sean Penn reportedly got engaged on a romantic vacation to Paris, according to reports.
The couple have only been dating for one year but "decided to take their relationship to the next level," a source close to the actress told Us Weekly magazine.
A rumored engagement would come as a major shock to the 39-year-old beauty's closest friends, especially after she revealed her disinterest in marriage in an interview with Vogue magazine in May.

"I never had the dream of the white dress. Watching other people getting married, it just looks like a lot of work," she said.
"And as you get older, you start sifting through the stuff that really matters."

The couple visited Paris in late November and a source told Us Magazine while there's no ring "they are committed" to each other for life.
The possibility of marriage could spell the beginning of a new Hollywood power family.
54-year-old Penn has two children, Dylan, 23, and Hopper, 21, with ex Robin Wright, while Theron is mom of two-year-old Jackson.
