Neighbours star unrecognisable in throwback snap: ‘What a cutie!’

She rose to fame and entered the hearts of Australians in 2003 for her role on Neighbours, but fans have never seen Natalie Bassingthwaighte quite like this before.

The multi-talented star, who played Izzy Hoyland in the Aussie soap opera, shared a throwback snap on social media looking barely recognisable.

The Instagram post shows Natalie posing for a primary school photo, sporting a wide grin and long blonde hair.

“Note to my 6-year-old (I think) self!” she captioned the post.

“Life will dish out some stuff…. But hang in there, girl! You got this. To all the peeps hanging in there! You’ve got this! Hold on.”
