Neighbours' April Rose Pengilly risks wardrobe malfunction in racy dress

Neighbours star April Rose Pengilly has stepped out in an extremely daring minidress to celebrate her birthday. The Aussie star, now 35, showed off her long legs in a white strapless charcoal dress on Wednesday.

The fashionable number had a high leg split that reached a twisted knot detail on her hip, leaving barely anything to the imagination. She wore a Showpo white suit jacket around her shoulders and posed in a pair of strappy white wrap heels.

She casually held a Dior designer bag in one hand and kept her accessories light, wearing a delicate gold ring and matching bracelet.

To complete her look, she kept her hair down to frame her face in a subtle wave and sported a dramatic eye with a red lip.

April Rose shared a selection of photos from her birthday celebration on Instagram and thanked friends and fans for sending their best wishes.

“Birthday stuff. Fresh hair thanks to @rawanthonynader (yes I had to get my hair done on my birthday because there was literally no other time and work never stops). Thank you all for the birthday love. Ily!” the star wrote in the caption.

Along with photos in her gravity-defying outfit, she also added a photo of a cute chocolate cupcake and designer gifts, including a Simpsons-themed portrait of herself and her boyfriend Adam Paul.

Adam was quick to comment on her post, telling the star she looked “well fit” in the photos.

Her fans also gushed over the “incredible” white look, calling her ‘beautiful and breathtaking’.
