How to Make Texas Pulled Pork

While this might not result in the same smokiness as true barbecue, the pork is still cooked low and slow as you would traditionally do. As a result, this recipe becomes quite simple and a go-to crowd-pleaser. For the best pulled pork, use pork shoulder with more marbling, which indicates a higher fat content.
