Yahoo Lifestyle Miley Cyrus Signs With CAA
CAA on Thursday announced its signing of Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, actress, and author Miley Cyrus for representation in all areas.
Winning the awards for Best Pop Vocal and Record of the Year at the 2024 Grammys, where she performed “Flowers” — the best-selling global single of 2023 — Cyrus’s most recent album, Endless Summer Vacation, dominated the Billboard Hot 100 for 15 non-consecutive weeks upon its release last year. Earning numerous platinum and diamond albums throughout her career, she’s previously put out albums including Plastic Hearts, Younger Now, Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz, Bangerz, Can’t Be Tamed, Breakout, and Meet Miley Cyrus.

Rising to international stardom as the star of the hugely popular Disney Channel series Hannah Montana, which ran for four seasons, Cyrus most recently made a brief appearance in Ethan Coen’s comedy Drive-Away Dolls, released earlier this year. Previously, she’s also been seen in films like The Night Before and series like Black Mirror. In recent years, she and godmother Dolly Parton have captivated millions of viewers as co-hosts of the special Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party, which came to NBC in 2022 with Lorne Michaels as executive producer.
Recently fronting campaigns for Gucci’s signature fragrance Flora and Dolce & Gabbana, Cyrus is also known through philanthropic work through organizations like her 501(c)3, Happy Hippie Foundation, which has raised millions to support youth suffering from homelessness, especially those identifying as LGBTQ+. This year, she announced the launch of the Miley Cyrus Foundation, which focuses on supporting mothers in all their diversity.
Other notable recent signings at CAA include Anatomy of a Fall Oscar winner Justine Triet, Fallout‘s Lisa Joy and Jonathan Nolan, Tilda Swinton, Vampire Diaries co-creator Julie Plec, comedian and actor J.B. Smoove, two-time Emmy Award nominee Kit Harrington, emerging filmmaker, writer, and producer Margaret Zhang, Emmy and Golden Globe Award nominee Elizabeth Olsen, and Academy Award nominee John C. Reilly, to name just a few.
Cyrus continues to be represented by Crush Management and Laird and Sobel.
