Miles Teller is speaking out after his L.A. home was destroyed in the Palisades Fire.

In an interview with E! News published on Monday, February 3, Teller — a noted Grateful Dead fan — revealed that some people have offered to send him signature tie-dye merchandise, among other acts of kindness over the last month.

"Many people have reached out, just either letting us know that they're there emotionally or people are offering us their place," the actor said. "I'm a Deadhead, and so I've had a lot of people reach out to [wife Keleigh Teller] like, 'I want to send Miles a Grateful Dead shirt.'"

"Little stuff just means a lot, so it's been very heartwarming," he added.

PEOPLE previously reported the Pacific Palisades home of the Whiplash actor, 37, had been lost in the deadly blaze on January 9. He shared the house with his wife, model and actress Keleigh, 32, whom he married in 2019. The newlyweds had only purchased their home together in 2023, according to the Palisades News.

Keleigh shared an emotional post on Instagram on Jan. 10 showing a photo she had taken through a car window as the couple drove away from the property to evacuate. The white Cape Cod-style home could be seen intact as a silver SUV remained in the driveway and large clouds of smoke filled the sky in the background.  A second photo Keleigh shared additionally captured what was left of the couple’s home after it had been leveled by the fire. The SUV that had been parked in front of the property was also a shell, with only their fence and front gate left intact.

On Thursday, Jan. 16, Keleigh posted a photo of a heartwarming note she received from a flight attendant after the incident. The handwritten note read, “Hi, I didn’t want to intrude or make you uncomfortable during the flight - however, I would like to say that I’m so sorry for y'all's loss. No matter who you are or what you do, what y'all went through is devastating! My prayers go out to you & your family <3 FA LeBlanc.”

The Tellers are far from the only famous faces to have lost their homes to the fires, which began on Jan. 7. Thousands of structures have been affected so far in what is now the most destructive firestorm in the city’s history. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, there have been at least 27 deaths.

Miles and Keleigh most recently stepped out at the 2025 MusiCares Person of the Year event on Jan. 31 to honor the Grateful Dead, at which surviving members Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann performed alongside John Mayer and their band Dead & Company.

Teller's latest movie The Gorge releases on Apple TV+ Feb. 14.
