Mikey Madison Channels Old Hollywood Glamour in White Prada Gown for Leading Actress Win at the 2025 BAFTAs
Mikey Madison wore custom Prada to accept her first BAFTA Award for Leading Actress at the 2025 ceremony on Sunday in London. The “Anora” star wore a strapless ivory gown with a matching stole, nodding to classic red carpet gowns of the 1950s.
Madison accessorized with jewelry by Tiffany & Co., including diamond studs and a vintage collar. The actress was styled by Jamie Mizrahi, who also counts Jennifer Lawrence and Adele as clients.

Hairdresser Rena Calhoun styled Madison’s dark tresses in a side part with waves, while makeup artist Melissa Hernandez gave her black winged eyeliner, coral blush and nude lip liner.
“I want to thank my mom,” Madison said in her acceptance speech. “She has driven me to literally hundreds of auditions, helped me put so many on tape, always helps me memorize my lines and she’s my favorite scene partner.”
In Sean Baker’s “Anora,” Madison portrays a stripper who falls in love with a Russian oligarch’s son. The actress also thanked the “sex worker community” in her speech, saying they “deserve respect and human decency.”
“I will always be a friend and an ally and I implore others to do the same,” she added.
It’s been a banner year for Madison, who appeared on the cover of WWD last month. “Anora,” which won the Palme d’Or at Cannes Film Festival in 2024, has garnered her awards buzz, including an Oscar nomination.
“I feel like I’ve grown a lot in some ways, which is interesting,” she explained. “I’ve been able to experience going to lots of different countries and showing our film to various audience members. I feel lucky to have this experience — it definitely wasn’t one that I was expecting, and so it’s been a very pleasant surprise, all of it.”
